Psychosocial Medicine Outpatient Service provides culturally sensitive, adult mental health care to multicultural and diverse groups with concurrent medical and psychosocial problems. Individuals are referred by their primary care physician from the CHN public health clinics. These services are provided by a multidisciplinary team in coordination with the patient's primary care physician to offer a more comprehensive quality of care.
